Orders & Payments
You can track your order any time from the Track Order page or under "My Orders" in your Account. We also send tracking updates over SMS once the courier picks it up.
Right now we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India. Online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) are coming very soon.
You can cancel a pending order from "My Orders" before it's marked Confirmed. Once an order is dispatched it can't be cancelled, but you can request an exchange after delivery — see our Shipping & Returns page.
Sizing & Fit
Yes — many of our lehengas, gowns, and dress materials are semi-stitched and can be tailored to your measurements. Look for the "Customizable" tag on the product page, or write to care@ethnca.com with your order number after placing the order.
Every product page has a Size Guide link next to the size selector. If a piece doesn't fit, our exchange policy covers a one-time size swap within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Exchange
Most domestic orders arrive within 7–10 business days. International shipping is 10–15 days depending on the destination.
Yes, shipping is free on all orders across India — no minimum order value.
Sale items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or for store credit. We don't offer refunds on sale or customized pieces.
Bridal Concierge
Yes — book a private styling session through the Book a Bridal Appointment button on our homepage. Our bridal concierge will reach out within 24 hours to confirm the date and walk you through our bridal collection.
Absolutely. Our atelier creates one-of-a-kind bridal lehengas with custom embroidery, palette, and silhouette. Please allow 6–10 weeks for a fully bespoke piece. Begin by booking a bridal appointment.
Account & OTP Login
You can browse and add items to your bag without an account, but you'll need to verify your mobile number with an OTP to place the order — this is how we send delivery updates and how you'll access your order history later.
OTPs are valid for 10 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived in 60 seconds, click "Resend OTP" on the login screen. Still no luck? Check that you've entered a 10-digit number starting with 6, 7, 8, or 9, and that your phone has signal.
