1. About Us

Ethnca is an Indian luxury ethnic-wear label headquartered in India. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ethnca.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the details you submit are accurate and complete.

3. Account & OTP Login

To check out you'll verify your mobile number with a one-time password (OTP). You're responsible for keeping your phone secure; transactions completed via a verified OTP are deemed to be authorized by you.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to be accurate in product names, descriptions, sizing, colours, and imagery. However, because every piece is handcrafted by our artisans, slight variations in shade, weave, and embroidery placement are inherent to the craft and are celebrated as part of each piece's character — they are not defects.

Screen colours may also differ slightly from real-life colours.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. We currently accept Cash on Delivery for domestic orders; online payments (Cards / UPI / Net Banking) are coming soon.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a clear error is discovered after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to reconfirm the corrected price or offer to cancel the order with a full refund.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once we send the order-confirmation page (or email/SMS). We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is suddenly out of stock, if there is a billing or shipping issue, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Standard domestic delivery is 7–10 business days; international delivery typically 10–15 business days. Specific items (bridal, customized) may carry longer lead times stated on the product page. We are not liable for delays caused by courier service or customs.

8. Exchanges

We currently support exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on the Shipping & Returns page. Customized, semi-stitched-to-measure, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange. Sale items qualify for store credit only.

9. Intellectual Property

All photography, text, product designs, the Ethnca name and logo, and the Site's source code are owned by Ethnca or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this content commercially without our prior written permission.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or any other content to us, you grant Ethnca a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the operation and promotion of the brand. You confirm that what you submit is your own and does not violate anyone else's rights.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the Site or its APIs. You also agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ethnca's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
