Free Shipping Across India
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order is confirmed, our atelier prepares it with care before dispatch. Estimated arrival is 7–10 business days from the order date for domestic deliveries.
Some bridal and customized pieces may take longer; you'll see the specific estimate on the product page and in your order confirmation.
International Shipping
Ethnca ships worldwide. Delivery rates and timelines depend on your destination — typical delivery is 10–15 business days. Duties and customs charges (where applicable) are borne by the recipient.
Order Tracking
Track your order any time using our Track Order tool, or from My Orders in your account. We send tracking updates by SMS as soon as the courier confirms pickup.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To raise an exchange request, please reach out via Contact Us or write to care@ethnca.com with your order number and the reason.
The item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Free of any alterations or fragrance
Please note: Customized, semi-stitched-to-measure, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange. Sale items qualify for store credit only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong piece, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement promptly.
